We currently ship to customers in the United States only.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after the order has been processed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on orders shipped within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@freshorashop.store. We can only update the shipping address before the order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at support@freshorashop.store and we will help investigate the issue with the carrier or supplier.
Freshora is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control, but we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@freshorashop.store.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and offer a suitable solution.
