Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please include your order number, the reason for your return request, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please do not send items back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@freshorashop.store. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
